collect and why.
Pre-registration form
When you pre-register on this website, we store your first name, last name, email address, company name, IP address, and the time of submission. This is necessary to notify you when YourSalesMachine launches and to send you early access information.
Waitlist & newsletter
When you subscribe to our waitlist or newsletter, we store your name and email address to keep you informed of our launch, product updates, and activities.
Contact form
When you contact us, we store your name, email address, message, IP address, and time of sending in order to respond to your enquiry properly.
Customer data
When you become a customer of Aperta, we keep additional data such as your company name, address, and invoicing data. Your data is securely stored in our email management system Mautic and our CRM Vtiger. Both partners are GDPR compliant.

What we use
your data for.
Your personal data is used for the following purposes: managing our waitlist and pre-registrations, sending launch notifications and product updates, keeping you informed of our activities and services, and for marketing purposes related to YourSalesMachine.
We do not collect or use information for purposes other than those described in this privacy policy unless we have obtained your prior consent.

Only Aperta Studio bv uses your data. We do not share your data with third parties.
05 — Retention
How long we
keep your data.
We retain your personal data for 1 month after you unsubscribe from our newsletter or waitlist. After this period, or upon your request, we will securely delete your personal data.
If you become a customer, we retain the necessary data for the duration of our contractual relationship and as required by applicable law.

We make every effort to take all reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information in our possession from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. These include measures to deal with suspected data breaches.
