Agreement
to Terms.

By using YourSalesMachine, you ("User") agree to this legally binding agreement with Aperta Studio bv ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

02 — Ownership

Intellectual
Property Rights.

YourSalesMachine and its components — including source code, databases, trademarks, and content — are the exclusive property of Aperta Studio bv.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for their business purposes. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

03 — Your obligations

User
Responsibilities.

By using YourSalesMachine, users agree to the following:

Provide accurate registration and payment information at all times.

Use YourSalesMachine solely for lawful business purposes.

Not reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse any part of the software or its underlying systems.
04 — Licences

Licensing
Terms.

Repository-bound licence
Licences are tied to a specific application and limited to the GIT repository of that application. They are not linked to the number of users (e.g. developers or testers). Each licence is valid only for the repository to which it is applied.
05 — Billing

Fees &
Payments.

Users agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed in Euros, and recurring fees are charged automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

Sales tax applies where required by law. The Company reserves the right to correct errors in pricing at any time.

06 — Data & GDPR

GDPR Compliance &
Data Handling.

YourSalesMachine processes GIT repository data solely to create commits and push changes back to the server.

Our commitment
Data is handled in temporary, isolated containers which are destroyed after use. Aperta Studio bv does not retain, collect, or sell project data.
07 — Restrictions

Prohibited
Activities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using YourSalesMachine:

  • Circumventing software limitations or security features.
  • Reverse-engineering, copying, or renting YourSalesMachine or any of its components.
  • Using the platform to harass, defraud, or disrupt operations of any party.
08 — Termination

Termination &
Modifications.

Aperta Studio bv reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any breach of these Terms without prior notice.

The Company may modify YourSalesMachine or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

09 — Liability

Limitation of
Liability.

YourSalesMachine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Aperta Studio bv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the User in the last six months prior to the claim.

10 — Jurisdiction

Governing
Law.

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ghent, Belgium.
